High Strength Threadlocker , FEATURES & BENEFITS , Prevents loosening and leakage from shock & vibration: It fills all gaps between the mating threads and cures into a hard thermoset plastic that strengthens the assembly against shocks and seals the threads. High viscosity product: The high viscosity of the product makes it ideal for applications where migration of adhesive must be prevented. Fluorescent: It has a characteristic red colour that fluoresces under UV light. This helps during service to detect as to whether or not the product had been applied. It has a fixture time on steel of 30 minutes, brass for 25 minutes and stainless steel for 270 minutes. Localized heat may be required to weaken the bonds before disassembly. SPECIFICATIONS , Max.
